Holidays 2009

We had a sparsely decorated but quite satisfactory Christmas this year, with little RR getting all the presents her attention span could handle. We enjoyed dinner at Aunt K's with Grandma E, where RR had a game of hide-and-seek with Aunt K. We also enjoyed brunch the next day at Aunt I's.

These past few weeks RR has been using several two-word phrases, including big box, Mommy's chair, DG's phone, and wet diaper (!)

Hanging In There

Nina has been in daycare approaching two months now, and the last sentence of my previous blog post has proven all too true. Little RR's most recent cold has affected her disposition in addition to her sinuses, so we're hoping even more for a quick recovery. In between colds, we are doing well. The photo shows the breakfast table scene on a recent very chilly morning.
