Nursery Rhymes

RR has been repeating more rhymes she has learned either from us or at preschool. However, sometimes she comes up with her own take on it. We laughed at this one which she repeated recently:

Patty cake, patty cake, baker's man
Bake me a cake as fast as you can.
Roll it and pat it and mark it with a "B"
...and give it to me!

(none of that time-consuming baking stuff)

A few days ago, out of the blue, she started singing "I've been working on the railroad..." Surprised me! Guess she learned it at Preschool 1.

The last few days she's been singing 'I feel, I feel, I feel like the morning star' which I didn't recognize at all.
Quick search reveals it's the second verse of Shoo Fly Don't Bother Me, who knew? She's never sung the first, recognizable verse around me..
